SACRAMENTO, CA – An elderly man who went missing on Thursday has been located.
Pedro Garcia went missing from his residence in North Highlands early Thursday morning. The 72-year old was considered to be at-risk due to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and he does not speak English.
